Schedule:
PCA is not currently accepting new patients or walk-ins.
We are open many days of the week; hours vary.
Please book through our scheduler to find a time for your appointment.
We close one hour after the last appointment time.
Sliding scale changes as of 7/1/25:
As of 7/1/25, our sliding scale will be $30-60 for Returning Patients. PCA operates with a careful balance of prioritizing affordability while ensuring we remain a stable and viable community resource. We appreciate your support and trust!
We have no income guidelines; you should pay the amount that makes sense for you and your finances. We accept payment in the form of credit card, cash, check, or HSA/FSA cards. We are not able to accept or bill insurance.
PCA is currently operating with one acupuncturist. For this reason, we do not accept walk-ins and we are not accepting New Patients and we ask that you do your best to schedule through our online scheduling system. We are glad to help you if you have trouble!
Please understand that we may be unable to see you if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and will need to count that as a missed appointment. Treatments are for a duration of 45 minutes. Lateness to your appointment may shorten your treatment time, depending on space requirements. We will be charging $20 for missed appointments or appointments cancelled within less than 12 hours. As of 7/1/25, this fee will increase to $25.
Many of our patients are sensitive to scents or chemicals; we ask that you avoid wearing strong fragrances, perfumes, or essential oils.
We usually have lightweight and warm mylar space blankets for sale (at cost) for $5 that you can bring with you for subsequent visits. (Or bring your own blanket).
Illness Policy:
Because our clinic has a cozy community setting, we must be extra aware of our impact on others. Many of our community members are pregnant, caring for newborns or elders, experiencing cancer treatment, or otherwise immunocompromised.
We will not be able to treat you at the clinic if you have the following symptoms: fever, uncontrolled cough or sneezing, vomiting or diarrhea. We ask that you allow at least 24 hours for resolution of those symptoms before visiting us. If you have Covid or Flu, please do not come in until you are well.
If you have mild cold symptoms, such as runny nose, sinus congestion or sore throat, we will require that you wear a mask during your time at PCA. We have masks available if you don’t have one.
We strongly encourage anyone who is immunocompromised or concerned about our community setting to wear a mask during treatment.
We continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local health officials. Thank you for standing by us these past years; your support has truly sustained us.
Schedule online, it's easy!
